What could be nicer than to tour the city comfortably seated in a minibus?

Equipped with an audiovisual system in 8 languages (French, English, German, Dutch, Spanish, Italian, Chinese and Japanese), the City Tour offers views of the city’s main sites and monuments, from its origins to the most modern districts.

Every hour from 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (except at 1.00 pm).

 Old Lille (English walking tour)

This itinerary allows the discovery of the city's heritage, history and lifestyle through its main sites and monuments. These include the Palais Rihour, the Vieille Bourse, the Cathedral Notre-Dame de la Treille and the Hospice Comtesse, a reminder of the city's Flemish past. The buildings show the architectural diversity of the city.

Saturdays throughout the year at 10.15 am.

 Flanders battlefield tour Lille-Ypres-Lille
Ypres

Some of the most important battles of the First World War took place around Ypres. This tour give you an overview of the Ypres Salient 1914-18.
You will discover the main sites surrounding Ypres: battlefields in Messines aera, monuments, memorials, cemeteries... including Essex Farm cemetery (site of the creation of the poem, "In Flandrers Field", by John Mc Crae), Bozinghe (tranchees), Langemark (German cemetery), Tyne Cot cemetery (the largest and most impressive Commonwealth military cemetery).
You'll also see the center of Ypres.

Every Saturday from April 3rd to December 11th 2010.
Departure at 1.00 pm from the Lille Tourist Office, Place Rihour.
Return at 5.00 pm.
